Frequently asked questions
Can gift vouchers be part redeemed?
Yes – our system stores a balance for a particular voucher ID. This balance can be part redeemed or redeemed in full, the choice is with the recipient.
Can I use the vouchers online?
Yes – The gift voucher email contains a QR code that can be scanned in store or a code which can be inserted into the 5Loyalty web app. Once the code is inserted the user will be topped up and receive the corresponding amount of points.
Do you do physical gift vouchers?
For physical gift cards, please refer to our Gift Cards add-on module
Do vouchers expire?
All our eGift vouchers have a fixed 12 month expiry date
