Will Bill Pay through 5loyalty use my current payment provider?
All our Bill Pay transactions will go through our payment provider Stripe and paid into your nominated account weekly.
What payment rates will I pay?
Our payment rates change often given the changing online payment landscape, please fill in a contact form to book a demo to find out our latest rates. Payments made through Bill Pay are considered ‘online’ payments and not ‘in person’ payments and so tend to be more expensive.
How do I issue refunds?
Refunds can be offered through the 5loyalty admin panel, just like all takeaway orders.
Do customers have to be registered on my loyalty programme?
No, customers are able to pay and check out using ‘guest mode’, this helps th customer pay with as little friction as possible.
