How many stamp cards can I have?
The amount of stamp cards you can include as part of your loyalty scheme is unlimited! Although too many can become confusing for your customers. We would recommend a maximum of 3.
How do I set up a stamp card?
Stampcards can be set up in the admin panel, it’s completely self service and can be done in minutes.
Where do customers see the stamp card?
Your customers will see their stamp card(s) in the loyalty & Rewards” section of their web app.
Can customers accrue stamps online and in-store?
Yes! Using our integration with Lightspeed we are able to allow customers complete flexibility when accruing or redeeming their stamps or rewards. Customers just need to sign up to your loyalty scheme and create an account in order to accrue stamps.
Do stamp cards automatically expire?
No, your stamp card will stay in perpetuity until such time as it has been disabled by our support team.
What happens when a customer completes a stamp card?
Once a stamp card is complete the reward, that was set on the creation of the stamp card, is generated into the customers wallet that can be used either online or in-store.
What happens if a customer forgets to scan?
From the admin panel it is quick and easy to be able to locate a customer and award them a stamp from any of the cards they have in their wallet.
